Meet our Spring/Summer Intern Class of 2025!

This spring and summer, we have had the pleasure of welcoming three talented interns to the AFM team. We are thrilled to be joined by Brooklyn, Yash, and Mason, each of whom represent the bright future of financial planning.

Learn more about each of our interns below!

Yash Dipali, George Washington University

My name is Yash Dipali, and I’m a rising senior studying Finance at the George Washington University School of Business. I am originally from New Jersey, where I served as a volunteer firefighter. Firefighting taught me how to make quick, thoughtful decisions in high-stakes situations—skills that translate well to the world of finance. At Armstrong, Fleming & Moore, I’ve been able to apply that same mindset, learning from a team that’s both deeply knowledgeable and incredibly supportive. Working at AFM has shown me how collaborative and client-focused wealth management works first-hand,, and I’m excited to keep growing with such an exceptional team.

Brooklyn Frank, American University

My name is Brooklyn Frank, and I am a rising sophomore at American University, where I recently changed my major to Business & Entertainment. I began working at AFM the summer before my senior year of high school, and have returned as an intern every summer since. My time at AFM has taught me a wide range of valuable skills that I continue to apply in both academic and professional settings. I’ve learned how to collaborate effectively in a professional environment, and how to navigate industry platforms like Client 360. Each summer, I’ve grown more confident in my abilities and more comfortable taking on new challenges.

Mason Hirshfield, University of Delaware

My name is Mason Hirshfield, and I am a rising junior at the University of Delaware, majoring in Finance and Financial Planning & Wealth Management. I bring previous internship experience from Carahsoft and Class Technologies, where I focused on client engagement and financial data analysis. On campus, I proudly lead the Blue Hen Financial Planning Club and have held budget-focused leadership roles within Delta Chi Fraternity. I am passionate about helping individuals make confident financial decisions, and am pursuing a career in wealth management.
